My Training Log

My intent is to track my weekly training and mileage.  The expectation is that I surprise myself in how under-trained I am for most of the racing I’m doing.  In the future I can begin to make changes but for now I’m “just collecting data”

My reason for being so under-trained is due to the fact that we’re attempting to sell our house which results in my free time being consumed with fixing everything, trips to the dump, painting, and cleaning. Not to mention raising my 2 sons (3 years and 9 months) and spending time with my beautiful wife Jen.
