This weekend I’m heading to Fountain Hills Arizona to crew and pace my friend Hao at the Javelina Jundred (100 mile run, contrary to the graphic above… it’s the only one I could lift from the website). I’m be pacing then running 40 miles in the desert, having a blast, living in the moment.
Best of luck to Hao in bagging a sub 24 performance. And, best of luck to Courtney (Hao’s girlfriend) in surviving your first 100 crewing experience. This IS going to be fun.
